Valentine's is quickly approaching. As an activity for the Young Women in our church, we made Valentine cards to give to residents of a local nursing home. In preparation and with some help of my good friend Debra, we are delighted to share some of our creations. :)

it's all about the 'family'

I must admit I haven't been doing much designing lately, even though there is not a lack of ideas in my head. I have spent my time adjusting to our new area, painting (I have a lot more to do), scouts, chauffeuring my children to and from school, organizing - everything but designing.
I have managed to do a little scrapbooking and I did manage to make this 'family' frame.

We made it - we survived the big move. We're still unpacking and trying to tame the mess. Look at this beautiful spider we found on our back fence. I'm sure I would not think it was so beautiful if I found it in the house.
